CHEF LANA LAGOMARSINI

Based in New York City, and an alumna of Northeastern University and the Culinary Institute of America Chef Lana Lagomarsini lived the dream working as a chef at two of Boston’s most prestigious restaurants, and is now working her way through NYC’s most infamous culinary establishments. Born and raised in the Bronx, Lagomarsini always loved more than one culture, and while growing up, food was her constant.

To establish herself in the world of food, she travels, experiments with new ingredients and recipes, and writes to share what she learns. Chef Lagomarsini is inspired by the farm to table movement, using seasonal ingredients, and keeping flavor the most important factor of food. She feels that everyone should see the world, explore new places, and taste new cultures.
